There are a few activity launchers on the Play Store, but none look like this one.

The other launchers only allow you to launch activated, exported, and unauthorized activities. Even if you are rooted, they do not allow you to start hidden activities. This is where the root activity launcher comes in.

Not only can you use root to start non-exported activities or activities with permission requirements, but you can also start services. As if that weren’t enough, Root Activity Launcher also allows you to use root to easily enable / disable activities and services, and you can even specify extras to pass the launch intent.

You can also filter components based on their state: enabled / disabled, exported / not exported.

Launching hidden activities and services usually requires root. There is no way around this, unfortunately. However, if you don’t have root, you can still take advantage of the clean interface and the ability to pass extras to activities and services that you can launch.
