Even though the official license for account information is called “Contacts”, Outliner will not, or even be able to read your contacts. Outliner can list the Google Accounts on your device so you can choose one for Google Tasks syncing.
If you deny this permission Outliner will work but you won’t be able to use Google Tasks Sync.
